My research encompasses physiological- and performance-based aspects of neuromuscular function which includes elucidating physiological causes and effects of neuromuscular fatigue, adaptations and beneficial health outcomes of strength training, and discovering optimal strategies to improve neuromuscular health and function in occupational and aging populations.
